Muhammad Kaleemullah
Under Muhammad's strategic leadership, SynQara serves a diverse portfolio of clients, including a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, several concierge and direct primary care medical practices, land investment businesses, and a debt fund. He and his team provide critical analytics, underwriting, and financial operations services, enhancing clients' operational efficiency and integrating deep real estate market insights into comprehensive service offerings. This approach ensures tailored solutions that drive significant business growth and operational excellence across diverse sectors.
Muhammad holds a Master's in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, and is a Level 3 CFA candidate.

She began her career with global brands like Hyatt and Four Seasons before launching and scaling Bella Terra Partners, a commercial real estate firm that advised clients on over $100 million in global office transactions. Simultaneously, she co-founded ImagineMD, a multi-site concierge medical practice that was acquired by private equity in 2024.
